enigma hero guide

Writer’s Foreword:I have decided to write a short guide for enigma because I have seen its true power and I have made destruction in pub games.I wrote this guide to share my knowledge of enigma. Enjoy!

Skills and Meet Darchrow
Darchrow - The Enigma
Range: 500 | | Move Speed: 300 | Primary: INT
Str: 16 + 2.1 | Agi: 14 + 1 | Int: 20 + 3.4
Damage: 42 - 48 | HP: 454 | Mana: 260
HP Regen: 0.73 | Mana Regen: 0.81
Attack Speed: 1.46 (+ 14% IAS) | Armor: 4

Malefice (F)
Focuses Darchow’s hatred on a target, causing it to take damage over time and become repeatedly stunned.
Lasts 2/4/4/6 seconds.
Level 1 - 30 damage every 2 seconds.
Level 2 - 40 damage every 2 seconds.
Level 3 - 65 damage every 2 seconds.
Level 4 - 80 damage every 2 seconds.
Mana Cost: 110/ 130/ 150/ 160
Cooldown: 15

Note:A very nice skill indeed,if at level 4 malefice it deals 240 damage and a 6 second over all stun!
Conversion ©
Splits a friendly creep into 3 malevolant aspects of itself, coming under your control. Lasts 30 seconds.
Level 1 - Spawns 3 Lesser Eidolons.
Level 2 - Spawns 3 Eidolons.
Level 3 - Spawns 3 Greater Eidolons.
Level 4 - Spawns 3 Dire Eidolons.

All Eidolons have average movespeed, 450 range, heavy armor type, and 33% magic resistant.

Note:This skill is maxed ASAP, why? because I concentrate on a farmer/pushing Enigma.
Midnight Pulse (D)
Steeps an area of 300 AOE in dark magic, causing all opponents who dare enter to take damage.
Lasts 8 seconds.
Level 1 - 3% max life lost per second.
Level 2 - 4% max life lost per second.
Level 3 - 5% max life lost per second.
Level 4 - 6% max life lost per second.
Mana Cost: 135/ 150/ 165/ 180
Cooldown: 25

Note:This is a great mid/late game skill.It synergies well with Black Hole
Black Hole (B)
Summons the powers from the darkest abyss, creating a vortex that sucks enemies within 400 range closer, dealing damage. 1 second casting time. Lasts 4 seconds. Channeling spell.
Level 1 - 30 damage at range, 60 damage close up.
Level 2 - 50 damage at range, 100 damage close up.
Level 3 - 70 damage at range, 140 damage close up.
Mana Cost: 200/ 300/ 400
Cooldown: 200/ 190/ 180

Note:This is my favorite ultimate in the game(as long as you have BKB you can kick ass).

Note: This is probably the best way to play Darchrow, malefice is maxed the second because I maxed conversion first for pushing/farming. Midnight pulse is maxed the third because it is not useful early game because enemy heroes wont have big big life for midnight pulse to be a pain.
Core Items
Shivas Guard: It gives you everything you need (except hp), armor and mana, the slow is also important after you do your black hole in case someone is alive for some reason.
BOT:Fuck the IAS given by PT, BOT is always better for Enigma, wasting the tp given by BOT is bad.
BKB:To pull out for combo and the strength given could be useful.
Blink Dagger: Your an initiator you will need this to do black hole easier.

Strategy
Early Game:Choose mid or bottom,going solo is preferred.Do the last hit method and keep summoning eidelons for pushing.Go home to buy 2 nulls and boots then tp back to your lane,do the same thing over and over again.You may roam around the map for 1-3 kills for 5mins.Buy blink dagger and you can start a clash or something.
Middle Game:Starting clashes is necessary because your an initiator and so that your allies can kick the asses of your enemies.Buy ogre axe and broadsword together then keep farming in your lane always gank when needed and push when necessary,complete BKB.
Late Game:Always start a clash and keep pushing (summon your eidelons all the time),spam your malefice on bastards like drow,razor,void,etc. use your black hole to get a hold of them.Buy mystic staff,then go back to pushing,if your low in hp go home and buy plate mail (it is better if you go home with 2k gold so that you can get shivas,go back to pushing again.Buy BOT when you have the money then finish the game!

Tricks

Ultimatum:blink + midnight pulse + BKB + black hole = rape
1 and 3:Malefice + midnight pulse = go home

Runes

Everything except double damage.

Good Allies and Bad Enemies
Good Allies
The ultimate combo blink rp then blink black hole
Repel during black hole = no need of BKB and GG!
A toss from tiny (make him toss to the enemies) and do black hole.

Bad Enemies

Blinkers/Windwalkers,because they can run away from you.

Free Food

Low hp heroes w/o escape mechs are your food,because they cant do anything but watch you.
